In 2017, BADNF Automation Industrial undertook a comprehensive upgrade project for a Liebherr mobile concrete batching plant, equipped with two Ring-Pan Mixers, on behalf of a client in the Zarqa Free Zone before its shipment to the Arab Republic of Egypt. This extensive project involved a complete refurbishment of the plant's electrical, control, hydraulic, and mechanical systems. Key tasks included redesigning the main electrical control panel to meet the latest operational and safety standards, installing and programming an integrated control system using Delta PLC units and an HMI screen, and connecting the system to a SCADA platform for real-time data visualization and process monitoring. Additionally, we upgraded the electrical protection system to enhance reliability and minimize downtime. The project further integrated all operational components, including mixers, conveyors, and weight/flow sensors, into the SCADA system for precise control. Our team serviced and recalibrated the hydraulic and mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance and conducted comprehensive commissioning and testing to verify the plant's full readiness prior to export. The advanced Ring-Pan Mixers utilized in this plant feature cutting-edge circular mixing technology, ensuring uniform concrete quality with rapid discharge, making them ideal for high-capacity mobile batching applications. The project successfully delivered a fully integrated and highly reliable control system, simplifying operation and offering full monitoring capabilities via HMI and SCADA, ensuring the plant's readiness for efficient performance in international operating environments.
